From passion to profession
Hi, I'm Itzel! Del Villar Events grew out of a love for making the people around me feel celebrated. Styling parties for family and friends turned into something I couldn't stop doing, and now it's my business.
Every setup is designed from scratch around your colors, your theme and your story, and I build each one by hand. Whether it's a backyard baby shower or a full quinceañera, I treat your event like it's my own.

What kinds of events do you plan and decorate?
Baby showers, birthdays, quinceañeras, bridal showers, gender reveals, graduations and anniversaries, from backyard parties to venue celebrations. If your event is not on the list, ask; most celebrations are a good fit.
How much does balloon décor cost?
Every setup is designed from scratch, so pricing depends on the size of the installation, the colors and balloon types, backdrops and any add-ons. Send a quote request with your date, venue and vision for a personalized quote.
Can you match my color palette or theme?
Yes. Every garland, arch and backdrop is built around your colors and theme, whether that is soft blush and gold, lemon and dusty blue, or something completely your own. Inspiration photos are always welcome.
Do you set up the décor at my venue?
Yes. We bring everything to your venue or home and set up and style it on site, so it is picture-ready before your guests arrive.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Weekend dates fill up first, especially in spring and summer. Reach out with your date and we will confirm availability.
